After The Quarters…
If you followed the previous World Cup ramblings on here, you might have wondered what happened to the semi-final and final reviews.
There are two reasons for stopping:
- My grandmother died, so the competition rapidly lost some of it’s appeal;
- At the same time, I had a couple of projects come in that needed to be completed (obviously less important than #1 but still needing to be done)
I still watched the Final between France and Italy (and was a little disappointed by the Italian victory - no offence to anyone from that wonderful country, but I thought France had played much better football), but you know, I just couldn’t be bothered to write anything about it!
One other (unrelated) point addressed to comment spammers. Have you ever seen any comment spam on this blog? Despite deluging it with your idiotic efforts, you can clearly see that there’s none here, so why don’t you go and find something more useful to do with your life? Maybe you could create something that’s worth linking to; you never know, it might just work…
